HK Trip

I went to HK last weekend to meet up with a bunch of High School friends. Some I haven't seen for almost 10 years! It's incredible how even though you haven't met someone for a long time, things still feel the same and you can still be comfortable around them. Weird how that works... Also good to see that everyone looks pretty much the same as they did 9 years ago, haha. I guess we all age pretty well. Then again, we haven't hit 30 yet....

HK is such a great place to just go chill and shop for the weekend. I love just walking around and seeing all the familiar places we used to go to back in HS. Everything feels so familiar. I don't think I'd want to live there but just going for a while is great.

Finally got to actually enjoy the night life of HK. In all my years going to HK, I had never had a chance to go out. I kept hearing so much about LKF and it seemed like it wouldn't be too bad. I have to say that it was nothing like what I had imagined. All the bars tend to be really small and packed. Seems like it's kinda hard to find a table if you have a lot of people due to the lack of space. The club we went to, Prive, wasn't too bad but still a little disappointing. Not really sure why. It was still a good times with plenty of alcohol consumed. The greatest thing is the lack of hangover the next day! I can't remember one time when I did not suffer the next morning... I guess HK night life has that going for it, haha. Definitely still a lot of fun though!
